Marshall Rosen, LUTCF

Financial Services Professional with over 38 years progressive experience, holding positions that range from Advisor, Sales Manager, General Manager, Managing Director, and culminating in becoming a Partner and Chief Operating Officer of Creative Financial Network (CFN), an independent financial risk management group.

Marshall began his career in the financial services industry in 1986, as a Financial Services Representative in Marshfield, Massachusetts after graduating Boston University with a Bachelor of Science degree from the School of Management.  He was promoted into Sales Management in 1989 and transferred to Elmira, NY. 

As the Managing Director, he earned Management Leader’s Conference six times. In 2009, he relocated to Florida and returned to personal production and qualified for two of MetLife Leader’s Conferences and the 2014 MetLife Platinum Conference.

In addition to his success within MetLife, he has earned the industry designation of Life Underwriters Training Council Fellowship from the American College and is a member of the Million Dollar Round Table*.  He has been an accomplished course instructor for The American College and holds the Series 6, 7, 24, 26, 63 and 66 licenses as well as Life, Health & Variable Annuities Licenses. 

As the COO as well as the OSJ (Office of Supervisory Jurisdiction) of Creative Financial Network, Marshall has helped grow the firm to over 100 advisors in three locations across the tri-county area.  Since its inception, CFN has achieved great success growing to be the #1 firm in the nation for 7 consecutive years with a major insurance carrier in addition to having over $10 billion of insurance in force.  In addition, CFN led the way as being a leading firm with our broker dealer with over $730 million of Assets Under Management.  Creative Financial Newtwork grew to be one of the largest and most successful financial services firms in South Florida and in 2020, due to its growth and success, CFN was partially acquired via a private equity resulting in a major partnership with AmeriLife.  This alignment has allowed CFN the opportunity to have access to 100s of companies to assist advisors and clients with the most competitive products and objective advice.

His most important accomplishment, however, is his family. Originally from Massachusetts, he now resides in Lighthouse Point, Florida with his wife Susie.  Marshall enjoys traveling and spending time with his family.  He is an active supporter of the Special Olympics of Broward County, is an avid Boston sports fan and enjoys boating, water sports, and motorcycles.
