Dustin Bezalel

First and foremost, Dustin is dedicated to being the best husband, father, son, brother, friend, and community leader.  His focus in life is to deliver 100% in all that he does. 

Career wise, Dustin has approximately 19 years progressive experience as a Financial Services Professional, holding positions that range from Financial Services Representative, Agency Sales Director, Managing Sales Director and culminating into Co-Founding Creative Financial Network (CFN) in 2015.  Together with his partners, Dustin built an independent financial risk management group focusing on solutions to business owners, professionals, retirees, and young families providing insurance, retirement, and investment solutions.

Dustin started his career in the Financial Industry with MetLife in 2005 and as the current President & Co-Founder of Creative Financial Network, he has helped grow the firm to over 100 advisors in three locations across the tri-county area.  Since its inception, CFN has achieved great success growing to be the #1 firm in the nation for 7 consecutive years with a major insurance carrier in addition to having over $10 billion of insurance in force.  In addition, CFN led the way as being a leading firm with our broker dealer with over $730 million of Assets Under Management.  Creative Financial Newtwork grew to be one of the largest and most successful financial services firms in South Florida and in 2020, due to its growth and success, CFN was partially acquired via a private equity resulting in a major partnership with AmeriLife.  This alignment has allowed CFN the opportunity to have access to 100s of companies to assist advisors and clients with the most competitive products and objective advice.

Dustin’s accomplishments include Leader’s Conference Qualifications, Million Dollar Round Table* and was recognized as Regional Managing Sales Director of the year and has achieved Leaders and Management Conferences.  Dustin was promoted into management within his first three years with MetLife, first as Agency Director and then to Managing Sales Director where he was responsible for attracting top advisors to the organization.  As a Managing Sales Director for a fortune 50 financial company and one of the largest firms in the country, Dustin was responsible for overseeing multiple offices in the recruiting efforts along with training and developing advisors.  He continues to reach new heights in achieving numerous accomplishments and accolades for his dedication and service to the financial community.

Dustin currently lives in Parkland with his wife Melissa and three children Bryson, Ava, and Preston.  He enjoys spending quality time with his family and friends, enjoys exercising, fishing, and the outdoors.
